With a paradigm shift towards governments introducing telemedicine worldwide, Zubin has been involved in a number of studies looking at how telehealth can play a role in improving patient care and outcomes. He continues his involvement in this very exciting and upcoming space, evident by his advisory role to a number of Med and HealthTech start-ups.
His extensive cross-cultural experiences from having lived in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Singapore have exposed him to a wide variety of cultures and life experiences. Having obtained full registration with each country's respective medical council, his current interests are healthcare consulting, digital health and medical education. With strong administrative and organizational skills, Zubin is also always looking at new and exciting opportunities to further his interests & passion.
He served in the Singapore Armed Forces as a paramedic, has been part of the Singapore National Team for Men’s Hockey, founded the Singapore Medical Society Ireland and volunteers his time for a number of good causes.
He holds Bachelors Honours Degrees in Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) as well as two Masters Degrees in Orthopaedic Surgery from the RCSI and National University Singapore (NUS), the latter pending conferring. Having published extensively over the last decade with more than thirty publications to his name, including being an invited author for Economic Times, Zubin continues to write actively.
